What happens next
We assess the report against the cited material and may ask for clarification. A confirmed issue can lead to a corrected passage, updated attribution, replacement image or removal. A material factual correction should include a visible note explaining what changed; a disputed claim may be qualified while evidence is checked.
We cannot promise a fixed response time or a particular outcome before reviewing a request. If the original post changes or disappears, include that information so we can reassess how the article presents it.
