Who processes LagosLife payments?
The current terms name Flutterwave. They identify Bachs as the provider for payments made before 6 October 2026. [1]
LagosLife may retain payment references, amounts and status information; the payment provider may process financial credentials. [2]
An older receipt can therefore be relevant even when its provider name differs from the current checkout. Match the receipt to the date and purchase you are asking about. We have not made a test payment or checked delivery to a game account.
Before paying: identify the product
Our first check is to separate what you pay from what you expect to receive. Save the offer shown to you, including the amount, product description and delivery wording. This is more useful than a screenshot of an unrelated player’s balance.
- For a game top-up, record the virtual quantity offered and the real amount charged.
- For an advertisement, record the placement and campaign details shown in the offer.
- If a social post promises earnings, check whether it is describing a game result or asking you for a real payment.
- If the wording is unclear, resolve that question through the official game before paying.
If you paid but received nothing
The terms describe delivered purchases as generally final, subject to applicable rights. A verified payment without delivery may be considered for a refund. Official support is support@lagoslife.app. [1]
A useful support request is short and traceable. Keep the original receipt and explain what you expected to receive, what actually happened and whether the game displayed an error. A refund request is not a refund approval.
