The LagosLife privacy policy covers account details, gameplay records and communications. It also lists IP addresses, device signals and security fingerprinting; it says real-world GPS location is not currently collected for gameplay. [1]

What should you check before joining?

Start with the parts of a game account that matter to your own use: the public identity you choose, the messages you send and any purchases you make. The questions below turn a long policy into a reading route without assuming we have inspected the service’s systems.

Are direct messages private?

The policy says messages may be stored and processed, including for moderation. It warns users not to assume end-to-end encryption. [1]

Our practical rule is to keep passwords, banking codes and other secrets out of game chat. A private-looking conversation can still be copied by its recipient. Before posting a screenshot, check it for account identifiers and other people’s personal information.

Does deleting an account remove everything?

Deletion may initially disable access while some records remain for payment, security, moderation or legal purposes. The policy does not promise that deletion immediately erases every record. [1]

Make a deletion request precise. Ask which information will be deleted, which will remain, why it is retained and whether the operator can explain the applicable period. Keep the confirmation you receive. We have not submitted a deletion request or tested recovery after deletion.

Where to send a privacy request

The official contact is support@lagoslife.app. The policy describes access, correction and deletion rights subject to applicable conditions and possible identity verification. [1]

Identify the account and the request clearly, but do not include your password. Keep questions about the game separate from questions about this publication: the game’s operator controls game accounts, while LagosLife Buzz handles its own website and editorial enquiries.

What this guide has verified

This is a reading guide to the current public policy, not a security audit. We checked the published wording and corrected earlier account and deletion descriptions. We have not verified password storage, encryption, retention periods, consent controls or the outcome of a data request in practice.
