A guest checks the date, discovers a clash and sends something for the couple’s new home. Perfectly ordinary wedding etiquette—until the gift arrives in ten instalments of ₦100 billion. That is the small domestic comedy in B.E.O’s response to Ghost001 and Ladytildaorji’s LagosLife invitation. [1] [3]
First comes the invitation
Both @youusayywhat and @tildaorji2000 posted invitations on 1 November for the characters Ghost001 and Ladytildaorji. The planned date is Saturday 7 November 2026. The illustrated card specifies 9 PM Lagos time and a coordinated dress code: white and black for men, white and blue for women. [1] [2]
A separate post from @youusayywhat says the pair met through @badoorichy’s group. That is the player’s own short account of the connection. We do not have a longer relationship timeline, and a virtual invitation does not establish a real-world marriage. [4]
Then the guest checks a very real calendar
B.E.O, posting as @TallieOfLag0s, quotes the invitation and explains that an outside-game commitment will prevent attendance. The response congratulates the couple, jokes about finally getting some peace from them and describes the gift as a contribution toward the marriage and home. The humour is affectionate and practical: the money is imaginary, but the scheduling conflict is not. [3]

The attached screenshots show a conversation with @ghost001 and ten numbered transfers, each for ₦100,000,000,000. The first image contains entries one through four; the second continues five through nine; the third repeats seven through nine before adding ten. Count the distinct numbered entries and the displayed total is ₦1 trillion in fictional game money. [3]

That overlap matters. Adding every visible bubble across all three images would exaggerate the gift. We are describing the public screenshots, not independently confirming that the receiving account retained the money or that any real payment took place. [3]
There is one venue detail to check before dressing up
The invitation’s accompanying text says Banana Island, while the card names Ghost001’s house in Ikoyi. Both hosts publish the same event code, AF4CF6Y8, and call it invitation-only. Those are the location descriptions in the sources; we have not tested the destination or entry. Check the host’s latest directions before setting off. [1] [2]
This is still a planned event as of our 3 November check. We have not attended it, verified entry or seen a completed ceremony. The card is promotional artwork; its dressed-up couple should not be presented as a photograph of the players or an untouched game screenshot.
The funniest part is how normal the problem is
A life simulator can give someone an extravagant house and a spectacular balance, yet it cannot put a free evening into the person’s real calendar. The screenshots make the apology enormous without changing that little problem. Before anyone reaches the virtual aisle, the wedding already has a recognisable story: an invitation, a polite decline and a gift that gets its own countdown.
