The jet is ready. The invitation is not. In the opening minutes of OldPluto’s new LagosLife stream, the luxury display runs into a familiar group-chat problem: people are not quite sure which city the host is in. It is a much better joke than simply staring at a large balance. [1]
The upload was published on 30 October at 19:30 UTC, which is 31 October in Shanghai. These notes cover selected scenes from the opening four minutes, not the outcome of the nearly two-hour stream.
First, find someone to put in the private jet
At 0:15, the game shows a private-jet companion panel for Port Harcourt International Airport: up to three free seats, with a list of friends and their statuses. A little later, around 3:08, the stream shows the furnished home. The player has plenty to display; arranging the visit is the part still happening in chat. [1]

OldPluto: LagosLife private jet, home invitation and city confusion

Watch on YouTube ↗Then, establish where the host actually is
At 3:52, the visible conversation asks whether he is in PH. His successive replies say “No na Abj” and “Yes I’m in PH”. The other player says they are in Abuja. His invitation to fly over sits in the middle of that muddle. The screenshot shows the exchange, not a completed flight or a successful date. [1]
That is the useful comic turn: all the expensive props are present, but the scene still depends on a clear answer to an extremely ordinary question. A private jet gives the invitation a grand entrance; it does not write the message for you.
Try a clearer invitation in your own LagosLife chat
- Name the city and the home or meeting place before sending the invitation.
- Check whether the guest is already nearby or needs to travel.
- Ask whether they want to join before planning their evening around your house tour.
Those are our planning suggestions, not additional rules demonstrated by the video. Use the current game panels for routes and costs. OldPluto’s promotional richest-man language is part of the stream’s performance; we have not established his rank, anyone’s real-world wealth or the ending promised by the description.
