A LagosLife session should not require a second journey just to find the Map button. Three creator announcements from 10, 12 and 17 October address different mobile problems. We have grouped them by what a player actually sees, instead of treating every stuck screen as one bug.
LagosLife shows the go-slow screen
On 10 October, Shalom said devices struggling with 3D would switch to a lighter view instead of crashing. The instruction was to close the game and open it again. Try that first if this is your symptom; the post does not ask you to delete an account or clear all browser data. [1]
LagosLife opens from your home screen, but navigation gets awkward
The 12 October post said the home-screen version would open full screen again, with Map and Phone reachable even during a trip or after taking a picture. Check those controls after the particular action that used to hide them. This announcement concerns the installed website experience; it is not proof that a separate app-store download was released. [2]
LagosLife sends your front door to the wrong city
On 17 October, Shalom said doors in Port Harcourt and Abuja should open into the correct city instead of Yaba. The same post reported fixes for street lag and a stuck joystick after returning to the game. If a return visit still fails, note whether the problem is the destination, movement or both. [3]
Give the LagosLife team the steps that reproduce it
Useful details are your device and browser, whether you opened a normal tab or home-screen shortcut, the city, and the action immediately before the problem. The official report form accepts a description and optional screenshots without requiring login. Leave unrelated conversations out of the image. [4]
These are the team’s reported changes, rechecked on 20 October. We have not independently retested the three fixes across devices.
