LagosLife’s problem-reporting page says no login is needed. We inspected the public form on 17 October, without sending a report or testing a support response. [1]
Choose the problem, then make it reproducible
Choose security bugs, cheating or bots, money or payments, account problems or other issues. Titles allow 120 characters and descriptions 5,000. The prompt asks for steps, expected and actual outcomes, plus location, device and time. [1]
For an account issue, a useful note could identify the screen where access stopped and whether the same message appears after reopening the game. For a missing purchase, keep the payment reference and the expected item together. Describe the event you actually observed; a balance changing after travel, for example, does not by itself show that a transfer failed.
Screenshots are optional; a clear sequence helps
The form accepts up to three JPG, PNG or WebP images and says it compresses them before sending. Contact details are optional. Human verification appears before submission. [1]
Our suggestion is to use those three images as a short sequence: the starting state, the relevant message and the result. Crop unrelated chats and keep passwords or payment codes out of the capture. An error message is more useful than a screenshot of an entire desktop.
Keep the reference you receive
Check a report accepts a reference for progress lookup; we did not test a ticket. The page asks players to report security findings privately and avoid testing other accounts. [1]
